About you: Great attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Fast-paced & great work ethic Flexible availability - must be able to work evenings and weekend evening shifts About the role: Washing & putting away crockery Assisting the chefs in basic prep & service Standard opening & closing procedures Maintaining a safe & hygienic kitchen at all times dinner every shift opportunities to upskill to cold section - salads and desserts mornings free, start time around 4PM Please note night and weekend work is required for this role.
