Project Deliver Manager - Residential Construction

Build Mac is a growing residential construction company based in Hawke's Bay, specialising in design & build new homes, renovations and bespoke building projects. We are also the approved Clever Living Co. builders for Hawke's Bay. We're looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our team and take ownership of the systems, documentation and coordination that keep our projects running smoothly. Working closely with our Director, Site Foreman, office team and clients, you'll play a key role in ensuring every project is delivered safely, professionally and to the highest standard. Key responsibilities Coordinating construction projects from commencement through to handover Managing project documentation, compliance and reporting Preparing project start-up and handover documentation Developing and maintaining health & safety and quality assurance systems Coordinating client communication and weekly project updates Supporting project programming, timelines and site delivery Working closely with our site and office teams to continually improve our systems and processes About you Highly organised, proactive and enjoy creating systems that make projects run efficiently Strong attention to detail Ability to build great relationships with clients and the wider team Experience in residential construction, project management, project coordination or contract administration is preferred Experience with construction management software is an advantage, but training will be provided to the right person Permanent full-time position Company vehicle & laptop Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to help shape and improve the way we deliver projects A varied role with genuine responsibility and autonomy Competitive remuneration based on experience About us Build Mac is a growing residential construction company based in Hawke's Bay, specialising in design & build new homes, renovations and bespoke building projects.
