Integrations bringing together separate systems to solve customer problems Knowledge of automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency Low-code / No-code integration frameworks Programming & scripting skills, including competency with PowerShell scripting and TypeScript React Suitable vendor cloud automation offerings (E.g. Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Power Apps, Power Platform, AWS Step Functions, Lambda, Boomi, etc.) Experience with Azure AI services (including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, AI Foundry), implementation of AI-driven automation solutions, and chatbot development. DevOps operations and CI/CD frameworks Connector and API Management, working across various data sources Consulting with customers on options and features required to meet business needs Designing and presenting solutions and scopes of work to customers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to conduct research into issues The ability to communicate complex topics in audience-appropriate detail and terminology Self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks Previous experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable As an ideal candidate, you will have the ability to conduct research into issues and problems, present ideas in audience-appropriate language, be self-motivated, and able to effectively prioritise tasks.
