Registered Nurse Aged Care Clinical manager Fixed term We are offering anexciting opportunity for a clinical professional wishing to move to the next level in developing leadership skills whilst working alongside an experienced and supportive Facility Manager. Equally, the short-term nine month contract may be of interest to an experienced clinical manager. About the role As Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical leadership of the home. You will lead all clinical care and ensure best practice standards are maintained, complete interRAI assessments and develop person-centred care plans, support and mentor caregivers and registered nurses, work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure quality and compliance, participate in the shared on-call roster, and transport residents to appointments using the facility vehicle when required.
