Datacom is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst on a fixed term contract through to the end of November. You’ll be the first point of contact, providing high quality IT support and customer service using ServiceNow and ITIL processes. This role requires NZ working rights and flexibility to cover weekends and public holidays.
