Warehouse Storeperson & Front Counter Sales (Aluminium)
Looking for a steady, hands-on role with a good team?
We're looking for a Warehouse Storeperson & Front Counter Salesperson to join our Hamilton Aluminium team. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations with customer service at our trade counter.
What you'll be doing
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operating forklifts and lifting equipment
- Handling aluminium products and stock movements
- Maintaining stock accuracy and warehouse organisation
- Serving customers at the trade counter
- Providing helpful, efficient customer service
Requirements
- Warehouse or storeperson experience
- Forklift operation experience (current forklift licence/F endorsement preferred)
- Experience handling long lengths or heavy materials
- Stock control and dispatch experience
- Front counter, trade sales or customer service experience
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling
- A valid work visa or the right to work in New Zealand
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
