This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of ourpeople, you will ultimately be responsiblefor assisting people into sustainable employment. To be successful you will ideally have: Ability to connect with people of all ages and abilities through creative, exciting and motivational methods Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of labour market trends with an ability to match job specifications to clients Be resilient while remaining solutions focused Passionate about making a difference to people's lives Enthusiasm, initiativeand drive to deliver results for our clients To actively engage and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of employers from government agencies to commercial networks. Ability to self-manage Excellent attentionto detail and accuracy Experience in placing people into work, and providing post placement support Demonstrate strong planning, computer competency, organisational and marketing skills. Have the ability to communicate at all levels both oral and written. Someone with confidence who can instill it in others, genuinely enjoys dealing with people, and appreciates the thrill of bringing things together to create the magic Experience supporting people with health and disabilities Exceptional communication, listening, interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to create meaningful relathionships with stakeholders Team Player with a great sense of humour Key focus: Develop and deliver engaging employment skills workshops that cater to various learning styles and abilities. Adapt workshop content to meet the specific needs of the individual client. Utilize multimedia tools and interactive activities to enhance learning and retention. Working collaboratively as a team to meet client needs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and areas of supports needed. Assess clients’ skills, experience, and career aspirations, considering any health conditions or disabilities. Assist clients in developing effective resumes and cover letters tailored to their capabilities. Profile clients to employment opportunities.
