G&G NZ Market Limited TA Fruitcity Supermarket – Hamilton, North Island Position Title: Store Manager Number of Positions: 1 Location: Hamilton, Waikato Pay Rate: $32 – $40 per hour Hours of Work: 30 – 50 hours per week Key Requirements At least 2 years of relevant experience OR Level 4 qualification. Key Responsibilities Plan, organise, direct and control the daily operations of retail store. Supervise, train, motivate and manage store staff. Prepare rosters and allocate duties to ensure adequate staffing levels. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability. Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained. Manage purchasing, stock ordering, stock control, and inventory levels. Monitor product displays, pricing, merchandising, and promotional activities. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally. Maintain records relating to sales, staffing, stock, and financial performance. Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures. Liaise with suppliers and coordinate stock deliveries and purchasing arrangements. Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant legislation.
