We're looking for a Customer Service Engineer to install, maintain and support Ricoh business equipment across customer sites. Your primary role will be installing equipment, and secondary role will be maintain and support. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll install, troubleshoot, repair, and optimise devices to keep our customers running smoothly. What you'll be doing… Installing, configuring and commissioning Ricoh multifunction devices, printers, scanners, and other business machines onsite Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, software and network faults Performing preventative maintenance, upgrades and testing Supporting printing, scanning and connectivity issues Training customers on equipment and software use Managing spare parts and maintaining accurate service records Working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues About you.. Experience servicing office equipment, printers, or similar technology Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues independently Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) Comfortable working on-site and managing your own workload A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn Full, clean NZ (or equivalent) driver's license We offer: About Ricoh...
