Build the use of health metrics, personal goals and physicalhealth checklists with a trauma informed lens. Providedietetic services to t\u014Bngata whai ora in Pathways services including groupnutrition education, individual consultation, and nutrition care planningin care various settings Workin collaboration with the wider healthcare team to deliver the bestnutrition outcomes for t\u014Bngata whai ora Createand maintain a healthy eating environment in various Pathways services byproviding nutrition education for kaimahi, and developing service menus Work Hours: You will report to the Team Coach who supports and leads the team. The role is part-time, 20 hours per week and hoursof work are Monday and Tuesday 8.00-4.30pm and Wednesday 8.00 – 12.30,although days can be flexible. You will work across our services in the Aucklandarea. About You | M\u0252u Do you have an interest in or experience assisting mental health t\u014Bngata whaiora to reach their potential through providing support that maintains mentalhealth and improves physical wellbeing.
