Alignz Recruitment – Hamilton, North Island About the role We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer to join a growing civil construction team in the Waikato. This is more than just managing subcontractors — you'll have real ownership of projects, leading teams, driving site performance and making things happen from start to finish. Key responsibilities Lead and manage civil construction teams Drive site performance and project delivery Manage projects from start to finish with end-to-end ownership Command respect on site with a hands-on approach Manage commercial and financial aspects of projects About you Proven experience leading and managing civil construction teams Strong leadership presence and the ability to command respect on site Hands-on approach with a genuine willingness to get stuck in Driven, ambitious and assertive, with a strong team-first attitude Strong NZS 3910 knowledge and solid engineering technical capability Experience delivering projects from start to finish 3 Waters experience would be highly advantageous Strong commercial and financial management skills What’s in it for you?
