Horizons Regional Council is seeking a Team Leader Capital Projects to lead a skilled team delivering river management, flood protection and capital works across the Horizons region. Based at Regional House in Palmerston North or the Kairanga Depot, you will guide project planning, design and delivery from concept to completion.
