About the Role As a General Practice Registered Nurse , you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary healthcare. Working alongside our GPs, Nurse Practitioners, nursing team and wider clinical team, you will support patients across a broad range of health needs. Your work will include health assessments, chronic condition management, immunisations, wound care, health promotion, recalls, screening and other general practice nursing services. What You’ll Bring You will be a confident, adaptable and patient-focused Registered Nurse who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively as part of a busy primary healthcare team. Key Requirements Current New Zealand Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate (APC) Previous General Practice or Primary Care nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Experience in areas such as immunisations, wound care and chronic condition management would be advantageous Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to delivering culturally safe, equitable and patient-centred care A genuine interest in rural and community healthcare Why Join Tararua Health Group?
