Southbridge Hospitality Limited – Christchurch, South Island Southbridge Hospitality Limited is looking for a Bar and Restaurant Manager to work full time. We are based in beautiful Southbridge Canterbury. Minimum working hours will be 32 and maximum 40 per week. Right candidate will be offered between $32-$39/hour depending on work experience. As a Manager your role include but not limited to: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality venues, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction. Managing front-of-house teams, including hosts, servers, and bartenders, to maintain high standards of performance Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Monitoring inventory, stock levels, and revenue, and reporting on key performance indicators Preparing staff roaster, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled workforce Collaborating with the management team to implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Develope and implements the health and safety and operational policies. Monitors and analyses sales and budget. Cash handlling Involve in implementing marketing and promotional activities to keep the business in pace with current market. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Ideal applicant must be: Having either 2 year relevant work experience of a bachelors degree. Must be punctual. Hospitality industry work expereince is preferred. Have good customer management command. Must have Duty Manager Certificate or willing to btain one. #J-18808-Ljbffr
