A well-established medical centre is seeking a General Practitioner to provide locum cover during the following periods: 01 June 2026 - 12 July 2026 27 July 2026 - 04 October 2026 This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, community-focused practice while enjoying one of New Zealand's most sought-after island destinations. About the Practice You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team that includes: 6 Nurses A Health Coach A Primary Health Care Assistant 5 Administration staff The practice supports an enrolled population of 5,500 patients and uses the Indici Practice Management System. The locum role offers: A mix of booked and acute appointments 20-minute appointment slots Accommodation and a car provided for the duration of your assignment Optional after-hours shifts available at higher rates The location Just a short ferry ride from Auckland, Waiheke Island is a paradise known for its golden beaches, turquoise waters, rolling vineyards, and breathtaking coastal views.
