Job Description
Jora New Zealand will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey. Group Fitness Trainer / Coach - F45 Pukekohe 5:15am. Twenty-eight people are standing on their mats waiting for you to say go. That's the job. Not writing programmes alone in an office, not selling supplements — standing in front of real people in Pukekohe who have decided that today they're going to be better than yesterday, and making sure they leave believing it. We're F45 Training Pukekohe. Around 200 members, all ages, all fitness levels, most of them juggling work, kids and everything else and still turn up. One of our coaches is moving on, so there's a spot on the floor. The role Permanent part-time, roughly 20 hours a week. You'll coach a regular weekly schedule including some Saturday mornings - and we don't open Sundays. A week looks like: Coaching F45 sessions - running the room, setting the tone, correcting technique, learning every member's name Floor time and member check-ins - goal-setting conversations, progress reviews, catching the person who's gone quiet before they disappear Supporting trials and tours - showing new faces around, making their first session the reason they sign up Studio prep and upkeep - set-up, pack-down, gear, and having the room ready before anyone walks in What we're actually looking for A qualification is preferred - NZ Certificate in Exercise (Level 4) or equivalent, REPs registration, current first aid. If you have those, brilliant. But if not, we can teach the F45 system. What we can't teach is whether people want to be in a room with you. So if you're not certified yet but you've got genuine presence, real energy, and you actually like people, we'd love to see you! Either way, you'll need: Reliability. Members plan their week around your class, so turning up matters more than almost anything else on this list The ability to coach a beginner and an athlete in the same room without either one feeling out of place Comfort talking to people, including new faces on a trial who are nervous and quietly hoping nobody notices them The legal right to work in New Zealand Availability for early mornings, some evenings, and some Saturdays What you get Full F45 training and support Free membership, so you actually train where you coach A community you'll get attached to. Fair warning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
