As our new Support Team Administrator, you’ll be joining a small team that genuinely cares about people and takes pride in delivering customer centric support to both our clinics and our wider Veterinaryfirst community. Key Responsibilities Accurate processing of creditor invoices & reconciliation of monthly statements Support the Petfirst Wellness Membership administration Assist with Supply Chain administration Accounting administration, including accurate record keeping, follow-up and day-to-day processing support What You’ll Bring Administration experience, ideally with exposure to both Accounts Payable and Supply Chain processes Confidence using Microsoft Excel Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail Curiosity, initiative and a proactive mindset Discretion and professionalism when working with confidential information About Us At Petfirst + Farmfirst Veterinary, we’re more than just a veterinary practice.
