As the face of the AA in our Constellation Drive Centre , you’ll bring a bubbly personality and customer-first approach to every interaction. As a Customer Sales Consultant, you’ll: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors Handle a variety of tasks, including processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions We’re looking for someone who: Has proven retail and sales experience, with confidence in achieving targets Brings a high-energy, positive, and bubbly personality to work every day Thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns quickly Is a natural team player who lifts the energy of those around them Enjoys connecting with people and making every interaction memorable A second language (e.g., Mandarin or other) would be preferred but not essential A team who invests in your ongoing growth and development, with access to free online learning modules Discounts across our range of products, including insurance, plus free AA membership for you and your whānau Birthday day off and Wellbeing days.
