This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on administration, dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service in property management. No two days are the same so if you love variety, challenges, this role is for you! This role is a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week with days and hours negotiable between Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. What You Bring to the Team Proven administration experience (real estate / property management advantageous) Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills Highly organised and process-driven A solution-focused problem solver Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills Fluent in both English and Mandarin What You'll Be Doing Liaising with a diverse portfolio of property owners and tenants Marketing vacant properties and arranging viewings Processing applications & tenancy agreements Organising routine inspections & reporting Managing rent arrears & maintenance requests Staying up-to-date with Residential Tenancies Act legislation This role is an excellent stepping stone into a Property Management or real estate career.
