Account Manager & Coffee Specialist

Auckland | Full-time Fixed Term June 2027 (with potential for extension or permanency) Flight Coffee is all about great people and even better coffee. We're growing across new and existing channels, and we're on the hunt for someone who can help us keep that momentum going while one of our team heads of on Maternity Leave. What you'll be doing You'll work alongside our Auckland based team, looking after a portfolio of customers and being the go-to person for anything they need -training, technical support, you name it. Think call cycles, account admin and helping new customers settle in once they're onboarded. On the sales side, you'll be out there spotting opportunities with potential customers and turning leads into new business. You'll also keep an eye on our FMCG relationshipsmaking sure our range is well stocked and in-store activations land well. Training is a big part of this role too. You'll help run our Flight Coffee courses, keep the training rooms stocked and ready to go, and work with our customers baristas to figure out what training they need next. You'll also help review and refresh our course content along the way. We love a good event, so you'll team up with our BDMs to host quarterly wholesale and public coffee events, get along to trade shows like the Auckland and Wellington Foodshows, and run the occasional pop-up or brand collab. And of course, you'll be part of Team Flightpitching in, sharing ideas, and helping wherever needed. What we're after At least 2 years' experience in a barista role Solid coffee knowledge- from barista basics, dialling in and Latte Art. A good sensory palate and analytical eye Someone reliable, professional, and easy to trust Great communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable juggling a few things at once and hitting deadlines An eye for detail and a strong work ethic If you're passionate about coffee, people, and helping a growing brand do even better, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
