With a busy 2026 ahead and strong demand for new installations, we’re looking to grow our team with an experienced Installer who can lead on-site jobs as needed, complete engineering tasks to a high standard, and represent our business professionally. About the Role This is a hands-on installation and engineering role where you’ll be involved in: Installing dairy equipment across the region TIG & MIG welding and general fabrication Leading small installation teams or taking charge of jobs on-site Reading and working from plans/drawings Mechanical assembly, fitting, and problem-solving Staying away from home when required for project work Ensuring high-quality workmanship and safe work practices What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings: Proven TIG & MIG welding experience Strong mechanical and general engineering background The confidence to lead a small crew or run jobs independently Good communication skills and a positive, practical attitude Ability to travel and stay away overnight at times Full NZ driver licence Bonus: experience in the dairy/agri industry (not essential) If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and taking ownership of installations from start to finish, you’ll thrive in this role.
