We’re Hiring: Lifestyle Consultant for a 12-month Maternity Cover - Full Time including weekend roster The Freedom Way Freedom Lifestyle Villages creates modern secure and community focused neighbourhoods for over 50s who want to live independently with more time for the things they love. We build quality designer homes alongside welcoming village communities supported by a fair and transparent lifestyle model. Ashburton is our newest South Island location with seven stunning show homes now open to walk through. This is a unique opportunity for a who enjoys connecting with people, understands property, and finds real purpose in helping customers choose their next lifestyle. The Opportunity As a Lifestyle Consultant you will guide customers through their decision-making journey from first enquiry to settlement. You will build genuine relationships support informed decisions and manage the full sales process in HubSpot showcasing our village with pride. Local knowledge of Ashburton and surrounding areas is an advantage. What You Will Do Build trusted relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Understand individual customer needs and provide clear accurate guidance. Follow a structured sales process including documentation and compliance. Present our homes lifestyle model and pricing clearly and professionally. Achieve agreed sales and performance targets with discipline and care. What You’ll Bring Highly motivated individual with proven experience in sales or competitive working environments (property advantageous). Motivated by and confidence working to company KPIs and monthly targets. Empathetic communication style with strong relationship skills. Professional presentation and a customer first mindset.
