This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business performance, and developing successful teams. As Dealer Principal, you will have overall responsibility for the dealership's operations, leading our Sales, Service, Parts, Finance & Insurance, and Administration teams to achieve outstanding results. You will work closely with our manufacturer partners, develop business strategies, and create a positive culture that drives profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. About the Role You’ll be responsible for: Leading and developing high-performing teams across all dealership departments. Driving new and used vehicle sales, aftersales growth, and overall dealership profitability. Building strong relationships with customers, manufacturer partners, and the local community. Monitoring business performance and implementing strategies to achieve key financial and operational targets. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining manufacturer standards. Fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. About You To be successful, you’ll bring: Proven leadership experience within the automotive dealership industry. Outstanding and proven sales ability and results. A passion for customer service and people development. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
