We have a key full-time permanent role available for an HR Advisor to support Allied Media managers and staff across a wide variety of HR activities. Our Values Collaborative - We work together Accountable - We own our actions About the Role In this varied HR Advisor role, you will provide practical, timely HR advice to managers and staff across Allied Media. You will support a broad range of people-related activity, including recruitment and onboarding, employment relations, performance processes, policy work, HR reporting, training, and continuous improvement. You will be a trusted point of support for managers, helping them navigate employment matters confidently and fairly, while ensuring processes are accurate, consistent, and aligned with New Zealand employment requirements. You Will Bring You will bring sound HR generalist experience, good knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation, and the confidence to provide clear, practical advice to managers. You will be organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. You will also have strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and a collaborative style that helps build confidence and positive working relationships across the business.
