Beyond Recruitment – Wellington, North Island An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme focused on designing and implementing a future ICT Support Model. This is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Wellington, offering the opportunity to make a significant contribution to a strategic ICT transformation initiative. This role will suit someone who enjoys working across business transformation, operating model design, procurement and organisational change. You'll work closely with programme leaders, subject matter experts and business stakeholders to define future ways of working and support key strategic decisions. What You'll Be Doing Documenting future-state ICT support processes and operating models. Facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders to define requirements. Creating governance, consultation and decision-support documentation. Supporting managed services procurement activities and RFP development. Assisting with vendor evaluation and response clarification. Developing organisational change and workforce transition documentation. Assessing business impacts, risks and dependencies. Preparing reports, presentations and recommendations for senior leaders. What You'll Bring Business Analysis experience in complex transformation environments. Strong requirements gathering, documentation and process mapping skills. Exposure to operating model development and technology-enabled change. Procurement and RFP experience. Organisational change or workforce transition experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable outcomes.
