We're looking for energetic and motivated Coolstore Team Leaders to join our Quarry Road Team in Te Puke on a permanent basis! In these leadership roles, you’ll work closely with our Coolstore Supervisors to guide, support, and train a large team of forklift operators. You’ll play a key part in ensuring best practice, accuracy, and safety remain at the forefront of our daily operations. If you’re enthusiastic, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile, we’d love to hear from you! Both day and night shift opportunities are available. You’ll need to demonstrate: A strong commitment to health, safety and wellbeing. Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where plans can change quickly, and the ability to keep calm, think smart, and problem-solve on the spot. The ability to connect with and work effectively alongside a diverse group of people. Solid decision-making skills, especially under pressure. A positive, can-do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset. Flexibility to work longer hours during busy seasons, including weekends.
