This is a hands-on, high-impact role overseeing all financial reporting, cash flow, statutory compliance, treasury, capital governance and financial modelling. About the Role: As CFO, you are the organisation's financial conscience. You'll own the accuracy of all financial information, lead budgeting and forecasting, manage banking covenants, oversee taxation compliance, govern capital expenditure, and ensure the integrity of gaming revenue data. You'll partner closely with the CEO, Board, auditors and senior leaders, providing clear financial insight that drives confident decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead financial reporting, management accounts and Board financial packs Own annual budgets, reforecasts and three-year projections Manage cash flow, treasury, BNZ covenants and banking relationships Oversee taxation compliance (income tax, GST, FBT, provisional tax) Govern capital expenditure, including the Bally ASP upgrade Ensure SDS/Bally gaming revenue data integrity Team leadership of Lead Accounts Payable and the SDS Administrator Maintain strong financial controls and risk management About the successful candidate: Ideally 8+ years' senior finance leadership experience Strong NZ GAAP/NZ IFRS reporting and audit management Advanced financial modelling capability Treasury, cash flow and banking relationship experience High personal integrity and confidence presenting to CEO/Board level Why Grand Casino?
