Greenfield Nutrition Limited – Wiri, North Island Greenfield Nutrition Ltd is a growing New Zealand food manufacturer specialising in nutritional supplements and health products. We are looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Officer to join our team in Wiri, Auckland. This is an all-round warehouse role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory management, warehouse organisation, forklift operation, stock accuracy and supporting production with material movements. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished products. Accurately receive inventory into the warehouse and maintain inventory records. Organise and maintain warehouse storage to ensure products are correctly identified, stored and easily traceable. Support production by issuing raw materials and packaging materials, and receiving finished goods into the warehouse. Perform monthly stocktakes and regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Load and unload goods safely using a forklift. Pick, prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time. Maintain warehouse documentation and inventory transactions. Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable. Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe warehouse environment. Work closely with the Production, Purchasing and Quality teams. Assist with other warehouse duties as required. About You Previous warehouse experience is essential. Current New Zealand Forklift Licence (F endorsement preferred). Experience with inventory control and stock management. Good computer skills and experience using inventory systems. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly desirable. What We Offer Full-time permanent position. Supportive team environment.
