About the role Full-time or Part-Time on site at our Invercargill head office. Reporting to the NZ National Sales Manager and working closely with the NZ sales team, you will keep our sales and marketing function running smoothly across New Zealand and Australia. It is a hands-on support role spanning administration, coordination, marketing and customer service. What you will do Day-to-day administrative support for the National Sales Manager and sales team Coordinate meetings, travel and itineraries across the department Support marketing activity: events, campaigns, website updates and marketing material Support the sales team with quotes, leads, call notes and customer requests Act as a key point of contact for customers, staff and managers What you will bring 2+ years in office administration and customer service Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong organisation, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication A sharp eye for detail and accuracy A proactive, self-starting approach To fit our team, you will be Humble: you put the team first and own your mistakes Hungry: you look for ways to improve, not just get by Smart: you read people and situations well, and work with others What is in it for you Full product training and development opportunities across the team.
