We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales & Service Representative to join our Auckland team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a woodworking background who enjoys working with people and wants to build a long‑term career with one of New Zealand's leading suppliers to the woodworking industry. THE ROLE As a key member of our sales team, your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Developing new business opportunities within your designated territory. Conducting regular road sales visits to customers throughout the Auckland region. Providing technical advice and practical tooling solutions. Picking up and delivering tooling and sharpening jobs to customers. Working closely with our branch team to ensure outstanding customer service. Identifying opportunities to increase sales across our product range. Representing Robertson & Sinclair professionally at all times. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment. Good organisational and time management skills. Sound computer literacy. A current full New Zealand driver's licence. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
