About the opportunity In this role, you will help shape the user experience of innovative healthcare products and connected devices, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and easy to use. Working closely with software developers, clinicians, patients, and cross-functional teams, you will gather user insights and translate them into meaningful product improvements. Your day-to-day activities will include: Developing a strong understanding of our home respiratory medical devices, software applications, and user workflows. Reviewing and refining product and app content to ensure language is simple, clear, and user-friendly. Creating prototypes and user interface concepts to explore and validate design solutions. Collaborating with software development and ideation teams to support the delivery of intuitive digital experiences. Engaging with clinicians, patients, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and challenges. Contributing to the design and continuous improvement of connected healthcare products and applications. Translating user feedback into practical recommendations that enhance usability and overall customer experience. As a strong communicator with a passion for user-centred design, you enjoy working across multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems. You are naturally curious about how people interact with products and are motivated to create experiences that improve outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals. About you 4+ years' experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field. Degree in Design or Engineering, Software Development, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar discipline. Proven experience creating prototypes to validate and refine user-centred design solutions. Strong understanding of user interface design principles and usability best practices. Ability to translate user needs into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers and technical stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clinicians, patients, and end users. Passion for improving customer experiences through thoughtful, evidence-based design.
