Pultron is continuing to grow, both here in New Zealand and internationally, and we're looking for an organised, customer-focused professional to join our team. As our Customer Services & Sales Support person, you'll be the vital link between our customers, Account Manager, Logistics and Production teams, ensuring orders move seamlessly from enquiry through to dispatch. This is a busy, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on keeping things organised, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. What you’ll be doing Processing and managing customer sales orders from entry through to dispatch and invoicing Keeping customers informed with regular updates on order progress, shipping and delivery Working closely with our Planning, Production and Logistics teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met Preparing export documentation, including bills of lading, test certificates and other compliance paperwork Maintaining accurate customer, pricing, and product information across our systems (Accredo/PRS) Supporting month-end reporting, invoicing and stock reconciliation Assisting our Business Development Manager with sales administration and customer support Building strong relationships with customers while providing outstanding service What we’re looking for We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things well, enjoys working at pace, and thrives in a role where organisation and communication are key. You’ll also bring: Previous experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, administration or a similar coordination role Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems Outstanding written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine willingness to pitch in where needed A customer-first mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships Why Pultron?
