RWR Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Taradale, New Zealand, to support adults with complex disabilities and promote independence. You will assess health needs, develop risk plans and coordinate care with GPs, hospital teams, and families in five homes for 22 residents. You will mentor support workers, advocate for equitable care, and participate in MDT meetings.
