The Golf Lounge is Auckland's premier indoor golf simulator venue, combining state-of-the-art technology with a premium hospitality experience. Our customers come to us for everything from social rounds and corporate events to serious golf practice and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making every visit exceptional. You don't need to know anything about golf. If you're warm, confident, organised and love looking after people, we'll teach you the rest. About the Role This is a hands-on customer-facing role where you'll often be the face of the business. At times you'll be running the venue independently, making sure every guest has an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door until they leave. Your day will include: Welcoming and checking guests into their simulator bays. Serving drinks from our licensed bar. Ensuring the venue is clean, organised and running smoothly. Helping customers with the simulator system (full training provided). Creating a fun, premium atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Opening and closing the venue when required. Managing the venue confidently during your shift. What We're Looking For You'll be someone who: Loves working with people and making customers feel welcome. Has a confident, outgoing and charismatic personality. Is friendly, positive and naturally engaging. Can work independently and take ownership of a shift. Has excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Takes pride in presenting a premium venue. Current New Zealand Duty Manager's Certificate. Legal right to work in New Zealand. Availability to work evenings and weekends as part of a roster. No Golf Experience? No Problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know about our simulator technology and how the venue operates.
