Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on partnering with leaders, driving meaningful people initiatives, and influencing business outcomes? Our client is looking for a People & Capability Advisor to join their high-performing team in a nationally focused role. Working alongside an established People & Capability team, you'll provide trusted HR advice, lead key projects, build leadership capability, and play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's AI-enabled future of work. This is an opportunity to move beyond transactional HR and make a genuine impact across culture, capability, and employee experience. What you'll be doing You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, providing expert advice and leading initiatives across: Providing trusted HR advice across the full employee lifecycle Coaching leaders through performance management, employee relations, and people leadership Leading recruitment initiatives and enhancing the candidate experience Managing the Graduate & Intern Programme and developing talent pipelinesSupporting leadership development and internal learning programmes Driving AI adoption and continuous improvement across HR processes Leading annual people initiatives including performance and remuneration reviews Using people data and insights to improve engagement and employee experience Supporting organisational change and digital transformation projects Providing guidance and quality assurance to the People & Capability Coordinator What we're looking for You’ll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys building trusted relationships and influencing positive outcomes. Ideally you’ll have: HR advisory experience within a professional services or corporate environment Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation Experience managing employee relations and coaching leaders A track record of leading HR projects and organisational initiatives Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong organisational and project management capability Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office An interest in AI, technology, and modernising HR practices You’ll be someone who is...
