Watercare is seeking two experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisors for a six-month fixed term commencing September 2026. You will partner with leaders to strengthen safety culture, manage critical risks and embed best practice across our complex operations in Auckland. You'll lead investigations, audits and improvement initiatives, provide practical coaching, and use data to identify trends.
