We are seeking a detail-oriented Fabrication Costing Coordinator to support our aluminium fabrication and CNC machining operations. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, performing back costing, and maintaining costing data to support efficient and profitable production. About the Role This role is responsible for delivering accurate costing and supporting efficient aluminium fabrication and CNC machining operations through strong coordination, analysis, and system management. Key responsibilities include: Preparing cost estimates and completing back costing with variance analysis Monitoring material usage and ensuring alignment with job requirements Processing production orders and maintaining ERP/MRP system data Managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), routing, and job records Liaising with production, CNC operators, and engineering on processes and timings Supporting cost control, margin analysis, and overall production efficiency About you: You are a detail-focused professional with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and a strong ability to work across both technical and operational teams. You will bring: Experience in manufacturing costing, estimating, or production coordination Knowledge of aluminium fabrication and/or CNC machining processes Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/MRP or manufacturing systems Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Effective communication skills and the ability to work across office and workshop environments If you’re a detail-focused manufacturing professional who enjoys combining costing, analysis, and hands‑on production insight, we’d love to hear from you.
