Duncan Cotterill – Christchurch, South Island Broad and varied litigation practice Genuine opportunities for development and progression 3+ years PQE Our Christchurch litigation team is growing and is looking for an experienced litigation solicitor to join them. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, with exposure to varied and interesting work across a busy and well-established practice. Our team advises a diverse client base, including corporates, insurers, small enterprises, trusts and estates, private clients, public sector organisations and other commercial entities. The team works across a wide range of disputes and is known for providing practical, high-quality advice and strong client service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collegial and high-performing team where you will be supported to further develop your litigation career. You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, while also having the opportunity to take ownership of matters and build strong client relationships. Could this be the role for you? Ideally, you will bring 3+ years’ PQE gained in a litigation environment and will be looking to continue building a successful career in dispute resolution. You may already have experience across a range of litigation matters and will enjoy the variety that comes with this practice. While insurance and construction expertise would be an advantage, that is not a prerequisite. You will be joining a team that is approachable, supportive and invested in your development.
