We’re looking for a General Manager who understands that at this level, luxury isn’t about being formal – it’s about knowing your guests, anticipating what they need and making exceptional service feel effortless. Reporting to the Director of Hospitality, this is a hands‑on senior leadership role with end‑to‑end responsibility for The Landing Residences – from the guest journey and team culture through to commercial performance, owner relationships and the presentation of these exceptional assets. You’ll lead a small, highly capable team where privacy, discretion, personalisation and attention to detail are everything. One day you may be welcoming VIP guests and ensuring every element of their stay is perfectly executed. The next you could be working through budgets, developing your leadership team, meeting owners or collaborating with the winery, culinary, maintenance, land management, sales and wider Cooper and Company teams. You’ll be strategic when you need to be, but you’ll also be highly visible, present and right in the BUZZ of the guest experience. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Your career may have been built in a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, private villa or estate, Superyacht or private household environment. More important than the logo on your CV is your understanding of high‑net‑worth guests and genuinely personalised service.
