The Opportunity We're looking for a creative and organised marketing all-rounder with strong visual communication and copywriting skills to help deliver Studio DB's marketing and business development activity. This is a varied, hands-on role, reporting to our Marketing and Communications Lead where you'll play a key part in creating content, producing proposals, coordinating events, and ensuring our brand is consistently represented across every touchpoint. Key Skills Graphic design. Social media scheduling. Content creation. Copywriting. Reporting and analytics. Event coordination. The Marketing and Business Development teams are closely integrated at Studio DB, so you'll work across a varied mix of marketing and BD activity. It's a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and information isn't always available upfront, so you'll need to be adaptable, organised and proactive. You'll be comfortable managing competing deadlines and changing priorities, while keeping things moving and maintaining a high standard of work Key Responsibilities Create, coordinate and schedule content across social media, email, digital and campaign channels, including writing copy in Studio DB's brand voice and supporting employer brand content. Support marketing and BD proposal activity, including producing and formatting proposals, capability statements and other collateral. Maintain marketing and BD assets, including case studies, credentials, testimonials, templates and presentations. Create and execute graphic design and brand assets, including branded materials, merchandise, signage and other brand touchpoints. Coordinate project photography and content, including photographer scheduling, client access, maintaining image libraries and supporting case studies. Support website and digital marketing activity, including website updates, blog content and working with external digital marketing suppliers. Coordinate events, awards and other marketing initiatives, including supplier and logistics coordination, submissions and content creation. Support marketing and BD operations, including maintaining content and awards calendars, performance reporting and meeting materials. About You You're a creative and proactive marketing professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life and delivering high-quality work. You combine strong visual and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working across content, design, coordination and business development activity. You're organised and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with a wider team You will ideally have: 1–5 years' experience in a marketing, communications or similar role. Strong graphic design and visual communication skills. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Experience creating social media content and managing content schedules. Experience producing branded collateral, presentations or proposal documents. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of work. A keen eye for detail and commitment to brand consistency. Working proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. An interest in developing bid and proposal writing skills; experience would be an advantage but is not essential. An interest in AI-enabled tools and modern marketing technology. A proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and grow.
