We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregivers who are confident working with clients requiring complex or high‑needs support. Ideally, you will: Live within reasonable distance of Hamilton Hold a full NZ driver’s licence, preferably can drive a mobility van Have NZ experience supporting clients with complex or high‑needs care Bring a healthcare background (e.g., student nurse, overseas‑trained nurse, or equivalent experience) Support clients to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible We Offer: $23.50–$28.25 per hour , depending on experience Flexible shift options Ongoing training and professional development 24/7 on‑call support for all employees A passionate, innovative, and supportive healthcare organisation Applicant Requirements: Preference for candidates living within Hamilton NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa Health & Wellbeing Certificate Level 3 or above Minimum 1 year NZ experience supporting clients in a community‑based setting Full NZ driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle Additional information Ongoing training & development 24/7 on‑call support for all employees Flexible work schedules #J-18808-Ljbffr
