Designa Kitchen specialises in creating high-quality custom kitchens throughout Canterbury. We're looking for a Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our small workshop team. If you take pride in your workmanship, enjoy working with your hands and have strong work ethic, we'd like to hear from you. About The Role: Working as part of our workshop team, you'll be involved in the manufacturing and assembly of custom kitchens and joinery. Your day-to-day work will include: Manufacturing and assembling custom kitchen cabinetry and joinery Operating woodworking machinery and power tools safely Reading and interpreting production drawings Installing hardware and completing finishing work Working independently and with a team to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality What We're Looking For: The ideal person will: Has experience in in cabinet making, joinery, or similar woodworking trade Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship Have strong work ethic and good attention to detail I reliable and takes responsibility for their work Can work independently as well as part of a team Has good time management and organisational skills Is willing to level and develop their skills Holds a current New Zealand driver license Currently resides in New Zealand and is legally entitled to work here What We Offer: $28 - $36 per hour, depending on experience Full-time permanent position with consistent Monday - Friday hours Small, supportive team Variety of custom kitchen and joinery projects Opportunity to develop your skills Stable employment with an established company If you're looking for a role where you can produce quality work, develop your skills and be part of a small team, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
