We are looking for an experienced and motivated OnlineManager to lead our growing online shopping operation. This is a hands-onleadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced supermarketenvironment and is passionate about delivering great customer experiences. About the Role As our Online Manager, you will be responsible for theday-to-day operation of the Online department, ensuring orders are pickedaccurately, packed efficiently, and available to pick up on time. You willlead, train, and motivate your team while maintaining high standards of foodsafety, productivity, and customer service. This is a senior management position in our team and applications will reflect the requirements. Oh, and we are building a new online staging area to handle twice as many orders by this time next year! Key Responsibilities Managethe daily operations of the Online department Lead,coach, and develop the Online team Ensureonline orders are picked accurately and efficiently Monitorlabour, productivity, and department KPIs Ensurecompliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies Workclosely with other department managers to ensure smooth store operations About You Provenexperience in a supermarket or retail leadership role (Online experiencepreferred) Strongpeople leadership and communication skills Highlyorganised with excellent time management Abilityto work under pressure and meet deadlines Customer-focusedwith a high attention to detail Physicallyfit and comfortable in a hands-on role What’s in it for you: The ability to drive something within a flexibleand creative working environment – if there’s a better way, let us know!
