Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Business Partner to join their team and provide high-quality commercial insight and decision support across a complex, multi-site operating environment. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with operational and senior leaders, challenging thinking, identifying opportunities and providing the financial insight needed to make better commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities Partnering with operating unit leadership to provide commercial insight and challenge business performance. Developing service and tender pricing models. Supporting supplier contract negotiations and commercial analysis. Analysing costs, margins, volumes, customer profitability and lifecycle economics. Identifying operational and cost improvement opportunities. Providing detailed trend, variance, rate and volume analysis. Partnering with the business through annual planning, budgeting and forecasting. Building financial models and analysis to support projects, tenders, acquisitions and business development initiatives. Providing strategic and commercial advice to operational leadership. Translating complex financial information into clear, commercially relevant insights. The ideal candidate will Be CA/CPA qualified and possess a tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Business. Have proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role. Have experience working within a complex, diverse or multi-site organisation. Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Have exceptional capability in financial modelling, pricing, budgeting and forecasting. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Have the confidence to challenge and constructively influence senior stakeholders.
