This permanent part time role offers a stable 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off roster, working 11:00pm to 7:00am and averaging 28 hours per week . It's an opportunity to step into a well-established clinical environment where your assessment skills, clinical judgement, care planning, medication management, and ability to lead overnight care delivery will be highly valued. Cashmere View is a 103-bed care home supporting residents across rest home, hospital, and psychogeriatric levels of care. Hours & Roster Details: Employment Type :Permanent Part-Time Hours : Average 28 Hours Per Week Shift Time : Night Shift, 11:00pm to 7:00am Roster Pattern : 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday) What you’ll need to make it possible Current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate NZ aged care experience preferred; other RN backgrounds considered Demonstrated improvements in care plans, assessments and documentation quality Identifies health changes early and acts to ensure safety Communicates effectively with residents, whānau, teams and providers Maintains clinical standards, accurate documentation and quality improvement Confident using clinical systems, records and reporting tools.
