As a Trade Sales Support team member at CARTERS East Tamaki, you will be the vital link between our trade customers, Account Managers and internal branch teams ensuring orders are placed accurately and queries are resolved quickly. This fast-paced role calls for strong coordination and the initiative to problem solve, as each day brings unique challenges. About the role Working along a close-knit team, you will: Process customer orders while liasing with suppliers and Account Managers on project time frames Collaborate with internal teams to arrange prompt and efficient deliveries to our trade customers Track back orders to ensure comprehensive follow-up and fulfilment Build trusted relationships with our trade customers About you The ideal candidate will thrive in delivering unparalleled customer service and sales support.
