Whakarongorau Aotearoa is recruiting for a Safe to talk Sensitive Claims Coordinator in Christchurch, partnering with ACC to launch a front door service. You will support customers as they navigate the Sensitive Claims process, operating in a trauma-informed, non-clinical capacity. We offer part-time roles with mornings and afternoons, plus some Saturdays.
