Permanent role Auckland or Wellington based, 5 weeks' annual leave and insurance benefits Te whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunity As a Recruitment Partner at Kāinga Ora, you'll work alongside people leaders to help them attract and appoint great talent while building their capability and confidence to lead successful recruitment processes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll provide practical recruitment guidance and support to leaders, helping them navigate hiring processes, make informed decisions and deliver a positive candidate experience. You'll work closely with people leaders, People Partners and other stakeholders across the organisation, supporting a range of recruitment activity including organisational change and redeployment processes. A strong focus of the role is delivering a positive and seamless candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the values and reputation of Kāinga Ora. You'll support activities that promote Kāinga Ora as a great place to work and help improve recruitment processes and ways of working to make hiring easier and more effective for leaders and candidates. Here's what you will bring to the role: Solid recruitment experience providing advice and support across a range of recruitment activities in a complex organisation. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner confidently with leaders and stakeholders to achieve successful hiring outcomes. Sound judgement and a good understanding of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and organisational policy. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
