About the Role We arelooking for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience inEmergency Nursing. Applicants with other clinical experience may be consideredif they can demonstrate the potential to work in our Emergency Department. About the Team/Service/ Location We havea small but busy Emergency Department at Wairau Hospital with 2 resus rooms and13 treatment spaces and provide a supportive and nurturing workplace to assiststaff to meet the challenges of this diverse area, at the frontline of theacute health care service.Professionaldevelopment is important to us and we encourage all staff to participate intraining and education.We work hard, we do a fantastic job, and we enjoy doing it. Mostimportantly we achieve more by doing it together. About you You will be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current NZNC practising certificate and will have at least two years of post-registration nursing experience.You'll enjoy the variety and challenge of a rapidly changing environment and willbe a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice, with excellent organisational and time management skills and a commitment to quality.
