We are looking for a Marketing & Media Administrator to join the Support Centre Marketing team on a fixed-term basis covering parental leave, with an ideal start date of mid-September 2026. This is a varied, fast-moving role where no two days are quite the same. Working closely with the Media Coordinator and wider Marketing team, you'll provide administrative and coordination support across media, publications, marketing projects, internal communications and business systems. This role plays an important part in ensuring the day-to-day activities of the Marketing team run smoothly across the nationwide Property Brokers network. You’ll be someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment and can confidently juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. BENEFITS: Salary between $60,000 - $62,000 Life insurance cover Free on-site parking Enjoy exceptional job security with a family-owned business that has recently celebrated 40 years in business and now spans Northland to Southland Be part of an award-winning team that lives by their True Team Promise RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative and coordination support to the Media Coordinator and wider Marketing team Maintain advertising products, pricing, packages and templates within Property Suite Coordinate company-wide publications, marketing collateral and internal communications Provide support for campaigns, events, newsletters, blogs and social media activities Support staff training resources, system updates and the implementation of new functionality Assist with reporting, reconciliations, lead management and general marketing administration SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Proven administration experience and exceptional organisational skills Confidence learning new systems and working across multiple technology platforms Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a high standard of written communication Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to provide support across a nationwide business The ability to prioritise competing tasks and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Experience in marketing, media, publishing or digital platforms would be advantageous, but not essential This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. To be successful, you'll be adaptable, professional and someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment while confidently juggling changing priorities.
